Skills
Applicant must have a minimum of at least 3 years experience in Architectural and Interior 3D rendering. Candidates must have a strong background in material adaptation and detailing, and is capable in using Auto cad software. Applicant should be able to keep up on the latest trends within the industry, should possess good character as a team player and strong communication skills with a high degree of creativity.

Qualifications
Need to be a graduate bachelor's degree in Architecture or any related diploma and certification. Other areas of study and certificate may include Interior Design, Auto-cad Architectural Drafting, Graphic Design, and Computer Animation. Can able to work in 3D max and Auto cad software, have knowledge or can able to work with MAYA, Adobe Photoshop and/or illustrator. Skill in free hand sketching is a plus factor.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Produce 3D rendered Design Images for Architectural and Interior Design concepts.
• Work side by side with Designers and Creative directors in the development of strong concept and 3D rendered images.
• Elaborate raw finish 3d rendering work in Photoshop and enhance material textures and patterns in Photo Shop.
• Collaborate with Designers and concept artists to create a different design character to embody a much appealing and unique design concepts
• Work with Production and Engineering team to develop best practices and pipeline processes to ensure the project’s success from concept design, to detailing and actual construction.
• Research and identify sources for material and any related graphic images best applicable for the design concept at hand.
• Scale up the time needed in an effort to meet production timelines.
• Develop visual concepts for interactive multimedia courseware and compose treatment.
• Perform work without constant supervision and in correct direction.
• Work well in a team environment with different nationality, with good moral standards and can able to exchange thoughts and ideas with the subordinates.
• Keep abreast of latest 3D technology and graphics software tools.
